Our salon operates primarily by appointment, and while we may accept walk-ins when possible, we strongly encourage clients to schedule in advance to ensure availability. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
We accept payment by cash, debit and credit cards, and other approved digital payment platforms. Full payment is due at the conclusion of your appointment. Gratuities are appreciated but never required. All service sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within seventy-two (72) hours so we can address your concerns. Product purchases are eligible for return only if they are unopened, returned within seven (7) days of purchase, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Your health and safety are a top priority. Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect your service. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a service if we believe proceeding could put your health or the health of our team at risk. For the comfort and safety of all clients, please refrain from bringing extra guests or children unless they are receiving a service themselves.
We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment. Any form of inappropriate behavior, offensive language, or harassment toward our staff or other clients will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy. Occasionally, with your consent, we may take photos of your hair before and after your service for marketing or social media purposes. You may opt out at any time by notifying us during your visit or by contacting us via email.
