What the service includes
This Kids Braids and Beads service is for children 10 and under and includes a shampoo and blow-dry; please consider your child’s temperament when scheduling. If your child is more comfortable arriving washed and blow-dried, feel free to do that. Asili welcomes young clients, with the youngest accepted at around age two, to ensure an age-appropriate experience.
Beads are added during the appointment but beads themselves are not provided, so please bring the beads you want used. Extension hair is not included with this service. If your child has an adult-size head or unusually thick hair, book under our regular braiding services instead to match the time and materials needed.
How the braiding works
During the appointment a stylist will section and braid according to the chosen style and add the beads you supply. The listed duration is 120 minutes and the exact price is $120. Timing can shift depending on hair length and how cooperative a child is; staff plan services around the child’s comfort to finish neatly within the scheduled appointment where possible.

When booking, note that this specific kids service excludes extension hair and assumes typical child hair length and thickness; if the hair is thick or adult-sized, please choose regular braiding instead.
